Not being rewarded

I have completed multiple missions, tasks, and challenges fully but do not get the green check mark showing I have completed every goal for that missions, challenges, stunts or tasks. I have evidence in the attachment, and this is only one mission; it has been many more than once.

I also stated other concerns in the survey hopefully you all get the chance to look at them and fix the minor bugs and technical issues.  One example will be: When playing with a friend the service becomes very distorted at times. Like registering moves late or not registering both players completion of the challenges when both parties have performed every goal/tasks.
