Not Receiving Purchased Items Mega Thread

We've gotten reports of players not receiving purchased items after spending real-world currency following Update 0.31.1.

The Full Circle team is working to identify the issue's cause to deploy a fix as soon as possible, but we need more information. One workaround has helped some players: reboot skate. and log back in.

If the workaround does not fix your issue, please reply to this thread with the following:

Platform you're playing on.
What you purchased.
Where did you purchase it? (EA Web Store or in game)
What you didn't receive.
Username (PPSN ID, Xbox Gamertag, or EA ID).
