Party Missions are Impossible

My friend and I have tried to play the game the past 2 days since update and have had terrible luck with multiplayer features. It wouldn't count both of us tricking on the spot. Today, the co-op is completely broken and once we load into a mission one of us wont load in or we wont teleport to the mission location. It's made the game virtually unplayable.
