PC Crashes after skate. has been launched

Sometimes after the skate launcher close itself, my PC give me blue screen and restart. Is already there a solution to this problem?

P.S: in another post a guy said that he found a method by deleting files of a specific folder every time he have to start skate but in my case it doesnt work
