Player head mesh glitched on launch

This looks like it would be painful if it were real. Luckily the only pain I get to experience is needing to re-boot the entire game in order to unload anything. 

I'm extremely cool and a real life skateboardist so I'm going to refer to the attached example of this glitch in my native parlance - "footy". I know this is cool because Vee said it twice.
