Purchased not rewarded

I purchased several products with "chocolate coins" from "I'm the Spirit" and did not gain access to all the items acquired on October 17th.  I bought the "Halloween Hoodied," "Ghostly Slips-ons," "white & Orange-striped stockings," and both "Jack-o-Latern, L & S" and was unable to collect nor wear each of the "Jack-o-Latern" from customes nor accessories.  Can "Skate" address the issue before Halloween?
