RIP Score Overflow
When buying items in the store (using the free currencies), my RIP score kept glitching and overflowing.

Sequence of events
Happens on the PS5 as well. Same behavior.
Same on Xbox. Seems to happen shortly after unlocking anything new.
same on pc, with every single reward, even seasonal from the current halloween stuff.
Anyone else unlock something, reveal it at the "congratulations" and stuff, and then it congratulates you again and you get the exact same item you just got?? So annoying, like yeah I just got it!!!
