Settings/Gameplay Assists reset each game restart

I was confused starting this season 2 update that skating feels weirdly different.

After some unexpected grinds i saw the grind assist was set to 100 and all the gameplay assists are back to standard settings.

Even worse: after each game restart because one of the recently reported bugs, the gameplay assists reset back to those standard settings. So not only do you have to restart the game because you are locked in some kind of bug after a mission, you have to redo your gameplay assist settings every time again.

My friend on playstation told me that after joining a party the settings reset as well

    This!. I got the same issues, but in my case only the grind help option is affected, i use grind help at 0 but now every time i open the game i need to config the grinding help cus it restore to 100%

    Happens to me as well. When you change the grind assist setting in the menu, it doesn't even seem to register. It still pulls you to the rails like a magnet, incredibly annoying, when you're used to play with 0 grind assist.
