skate.points from the loyalty program not received

I also ran into the same issue with not receiving skate.Points when purchasing the 13,200 SVB bundle. Not sure if you have identified the root cause and are able to fix it for all affected, but I figured I might as well post since you managed to help OP.

I'd also like to say that I think it's really unfair not to offer skate.points to those who have already bought the Welcome Pack or Welcome Deluxe Pack. We can see that they earn points, but we're penalized for supporting the game and its developers "too early"...
It would be nice if you could take the time to reflect on this and consider it on your end. After all the "bad buzz" related to the game's recent economy, a little generosity towards those who have been generous to you would be a truly kind gesture.

The issue should be fixed, and you should now see the skate.Points on your account.

Same here I purchased the $9.99 and didn’t receive the 1,000 SVB I just received 50 SVB. Why did that happen I want the rest of the SVB 

Still nothing... I would really like an answer, skate.points are part of what motivated me to make this purchase; you can't scam people like that, please :(
