Skate. Tutorial glitch. Portal doesn’t appear.

When you finish the tutorial you are supposed to get a portal to San Van however I encountered an infinite loading screen and closed the game I reopened it and was back to the tutorial island then I encountered a bug on where the portal disappeared and I’m not allowed to exit the island.
