Edit: There is a potential workaround. It's possible this has to do with skipping the challenge. Hitting 'Next' instead of skip may let you progress.

No option to redo. Stuck on island after loading to the city. Went inside the came again and no missions found. No boat possibility either.

You should be able to go back to the spot and try again. Try untracking the mission.
I've tried this multiple times and it doesn't work
I'm at the spot but there's nothing there. If I leave the area, go to missions and untrack, as soon as I get back near the area to check for the mission, it auto tracks the mission, izzy starts the dialogue again, but it stays stuck there still.
Unable to untrack Stunting 101 as once completed, no longer visible on the map. Just won't proceed?
