No option to redo. Stuck on island after loading to the city. Went inside the came again and no missions found. No boat possibility either.

I've tried this multiple times and it doesn't work
I'm at the spot but there's nothing there. If I leave the area, go to missions and untrack, as soon as I get back near the area to check for the mission, it auto tracks the mission, izzy starts the dialogue again, but it stays stuck there still.
Unable to untrack Stunting 101 as once completed, no longer visible on the map. Just won't proceed?
Is this issue being worked on at all ? Because I haven’t been able to progress in the game at all since day 1. There’s no marker to go too still and you can’t just simply re try the mission. I know other people are still stuck here as well it’s getting incredibly annoying not being able to move forward.
You can’t redo the mission because it’s stuck on the voice dialog part, technically it’s when the mission should be over. Please fix this I’ve been stuck since the first day the game released and can’t progress.
