Im playing on steam and whenever I was going through the extended tutorial in san van with vee it just stopped giving me quests, I had completed the drop over the shack for the "daks" that was after the first or second takeover challenge and now my mission tab just says "All missions Complete. More may be added through seasonal content, events, and more - stay tuned!
