I’m on ps5 , 84 hrs in since day one. and i’m still “SoftLocked”. Can anyone help. I’m literally just trying to play the game .-.

lvl 10 all locations and yet, my friends have missions I don’t have. That’s because they were able to do the main missions. The new Halloween/ party block events/missions don’t even show up for me.
