It's a game in early access? Bugs happen, and they're hard to fix. Also it's free.
It doesn't matter, Season 1 has already started, there are already Halloween events, what are people going to do? Play the events after they're over? At the very least, they should address people's progression issues before releasing new content. And nothing is free, my friend, the company always wins in one way or another, whether it's through currency sales or in-game advertising, and it's working perfectly.

These guys don't give a **bleep** about us. I've been banned for two months without reason, but I can play with my second account just fine. Does that seem normal to you? Wake up, instead of ignoring struggling players. They even ban you from Discord if you ask for help more than once.
