Platform: Steam and EA app
Issue: After completing a challenge and reaching the reward claim screen, all controls become unresponsive.
Challenge Types: Most challenges completed for the first time (excluding City Challenges), plus Crew Challenges and Future Radical Challenges that were reattempted after completing and claiming rewards.
This issue requires a restart every single time, causing me significant stress and wasted time.
