we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.

You cannot tell me this takes 2 whole months to fix almost. What are the devs actually doing? ive posted many times to get manually unlocked and you cant even do that? Season 1 will be over and its been an absolute waste of money for me. Fix this or give me my money back for the founders pack. This is a joke.

^^^Item purchased and Rip Score Increased^^^
^^^Rip Score is greater than the required Rip Score needed to level up^^^
^^^After the Rip Score screen, I get showed the item purchased screen again, but this time if you look in the bottom left it says 1/0 items. So that's interesting.^^^

Unlock conditions- complete “the next level”
I’ve been stuck here since Launch day.. I literally
cannnot progress from hegemont to gullcrest therefore cant complete any challenges associated with anywhere else in the map. Sometimes can’t complete daily, weekly goals ect.
can’t unlock loot boxes, can’t level up. Cannot do anything other than seasonal challenges.

Tour 2: Bag of Tricks: Know the Score
Been stuck on ”Complete ”The Next Level”” for a while, despite having done all the previous missions so far, and all the available challenges and goals. Was waiting around for future updates to possibly fix the issue. Also tried to do some Gullcrest and Market Mile challenges via a friend, but to no avail.
