we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

Same i wont say SOFT at this point...
Soft locked still since the release of this game! Posted about 3 times already. EA clearly incapable of anything good. But for sure keep updating the shop with emotes and crop tops.

Step: 1/5. I have gone to the Extravert and levelled up but it has not progressed and the mission objective 'Go to Extravert to Level up' is now greyed out with a line through it.

I have all 3 areas to level 10 so should be past this. It effected my ability to do the Halloween challenges and is also effecting my ability to complete the seasonal tasks as I do not have all the challenges on the map due to lack of progression. VERY disappointing to still be stuck here after a month when I have completed the game in every sense, except for this story.

I’m completely softlocked at the Spectaporter mission and the one that follows. The game still tells me to complete “Finer Grind,” but I already finished it.
I’m level 10 in every neighborhood, sitting at over 11,000 Rip Score, and nearly done with the Season 1 Skate Pass, yet I can’t progress any of the early story missions.
The only trophies I have left on PlayStation are the mission-related ones, so I’m basically stuck.
