we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

Lmao fr.. i tried downloading skate on steam instead and it bugged out after doing the tutorials, No missions showing up at all... total disaster. Only thing they are working on are subpar community parks and microtransactions
I have no idea how, but somehow it's magically fixed it self. All i did was untrack the task, played free rome for a bit, did some challenges and turned it off. Next day, it was sorted. I even tried joining someone's party and they did a challenge and that didn't work. A skate update showed on-screen the next day for the 7 festival, no idea if that had anything to do with it.

Without the Footy, It's Fiction
The servers went down right as I finished the "Without the Footy, It's Fiction" mission and now i'm completely locked out of doing missions and completely unable to access the mission to finish it as it doesn't even appear on the missions list, this has been a problem since the day the game launched

I've been banned for 3 months for no reason and no one helps me, not even support, I've sent a lot of tickets but they keep closing it saying it's solved and they also say that my account is clean and hasn't been penalized, meanwhile I haven't been able to play a game for 3 months.
This is only on skate, because I'm playing battlefield and other EA Games..this is the first error code it gives me 29/08/2025
