we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.

Have been stuck on this mission for the past two (!!) months and have reported this before in this thread. Maybe against better judgement, but I'll report this once more:
Platform: EA app (PC)
Misson: Tour 2 - Bag of Tricks - Shino's secret scoring tips
Step: Complete "The Next Level" - does not unlock. I'm lvl 10 in Hedgemont but can't progress to the second zone.
Username: DeGallieGot on today and was finally able to progress but then I played for about 10-20 minutes and got stuck again at Tour 2: Bag of Tricks, Shingo's Secret Scoring tips at "Complete: The Next Level"
I cant unlock Gullcrest and Market Mile
I think I am up to 9 weeks now. I'm pretty sure EA don't care at this point......🤡

I can’t redeem the seasonal tasks. Everytime I press X to claim nothing happens. Please help fix this issue, I’m on PS5 my PSN ID is blaxicanguy_

i think my Rip Score ist buggy.
every time i got a ne item, the rip score opens and ich got the last item again.but it seems i got no Rip score rewards.
