we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

Hello. After the update, I was doing some missions, including the “Climb the Tower” quest. My character suddenly teleported to nowhere, and when I restarted the game, after the loading screen, it only shows a black screen. I can only see my mouse cursor.
Still soft locked. - you must have college interns working here because this is crazy. We are 3 months in, 2nd season started and you have hundreds of thousands of players that can’t even progress through any part of the game. Are you serious, EA should have some of the best resources around but yet run this game like a **bleep** kid rookie. You owe your player base sooooo much better.
Same thing is happening to me but on ps5
I’m on PlayStation 5. I was not doing a mission or challenge when this happened, I was just free skating. My character suddenly glitched, went invisible, and fell through the map. I couldn’t move, so I restarted the game. Ever since that restart, my main account gets stuck on the loading screen every single time. I tested another account on the same PS5 and that one loads perfectly, so the issue is only happening on my main account. My username is paperrock45. Please help, I really want to play again.

Its been 3 months and I'm still stuck on the same mission that I've reported 3-4 times now... its insane! But its okay, because you've launched Season 2 and theres loads of new ways I can spend my money - cheers EA, appreciate it!"we're on it" - hilarious!!

Same issues as stated. Logged back in as a sign of good faith. Still stuck. But you all can release new stuff to make money, but won't fix issues that were from day 1. I mean, the game is already dead, so I am not surprised it isnt being fixed. I will not play again regardless of updates (which I mean, never fixes problems anyways)
