we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

the end of the tutorial i assume where i am at the skate shop andthe tutorial lady says toclick on map when i click on it thats when the endless loop goes on back and forth on the map to my character and each time it gets to my character she says the same words "ill also keep it up to date, new challenges, tours, and other helpful things for finding your way around.". this is in san van by the way not tutorial island

I can’t play skate at all, game will not load in. I'm on PlayStation 5. I was not doing a mission or challenge when this happened, I was just free skating.
My character suddenly glitched, went invisible, and fell through the map. I couldn't move, so I restarted the game. Ever since that restart, my main account gets stuck on the loading screen every single time. I tested another account on the same PS5 and that one loads perfectly, so the issue is only happening on my main account. My username is paperrock45.
Please help, I really want to play again.

I have been stuck in this mission since september because for some reason my challenge score keeps reseting even though I’m following the all the rules. Staying in hedgemont etc after a while it just all goes to 0 for no reason and the wost thing is I can’t even exit the mission or choose another on so it’s really ruining the game for me. Hopefully you guys can do something about this I’ve been waiting for a while for this to be patched

I was just skating around in freeroam and randomly got kicked, I tried starting the game up again and it never worked. Very frustrating as I just purchased the new season pass :(
3 months still stuck here couldn’t do season 1 or the halloween event and now still can’t do season 2 like please fix this issue and give out some compensation because it’s ridiculous

Was free skating and my character glitched into terrain and disappeared after returning to session marker, restarted the game and am getting extended loading screens to a flat black screen and am unable to open menus or do anything on both platforms.

Everytime I start the game up it configures, starts loading, takes forever, and once the black and white SKATE. screen disappears, i get a dark black screen that i can do nothing on.I tried deleting and reinstalling, clearing cache
Free play at rolling waves skatepark. PS5
Glitched through the ramp and then when I reloaded the game it goes to a black screen and doesn't load. Have tried reinstalling etc seems to be happening to many people
