Softlock MEGA THREAD

I've been permanently softlocked from the entire game.. My character randomly disappeared while I was doing a line, and after the first restart, I was stuck inside of a black box in the void when I used my replay camera to check. After the second restart I have been completely unable to play the game, and it will always boot into a black screen with no way to progress.. really stinks because I have purchased the skate. pass and have been ~2 days without any way to enjoy the game on my account. I would appreciate if a developer or team member could hard reset (without deleting all of my options, challenges, tix, items, etc) or spawn my character into the server, or otherwise fix this issue! much love!

Hi,

I can, after a long time, now see some missions, which is a great improvement! However, they are all locked. The first mission (Tour 1: Skater Eyes - Open Your Eyes) has no unlock conditions, but it stays locked. Therefore the other 2 are also locked. Can you please unlock it for me?

PS4, im not on a mission but my character glitched and now i cant load into the game anymore. I tried everything. The only way i think i can get it fixed is if the devs release a patch

What Mission/Challenge? I was on the way to do Manual 101 but got kicked from the server last night. Now when I go to Missions it shows just Tour 2: Bag of tricks Know the score. I have attached a photo of it. And also, can’t unlock Gullcrest Village. It’s been at 0/70 since launch. . . .

The shop items change daily so again, missing out on getting in game items. Not a massive deal breaker, i’m an adult, but many people will be disappointed and not willing to put money into a broken game to pay for items. 

Those people have probably given up on the game and any hope of this issue being fixed. Is there any way you can completely wipe my game data? I’m not even 1 mission in so restarting the game is fine for me, I can’t change my EA user via Xbox for a few months nor does uninstalling the game fix anything. Or provide a solution in game to log out/change accounts? Signing into a different EA account in game rather than it being linked to the console. Idk 🤷, i just want to come back from work and play skate. Used to come back from school and play Skate 3. 

any hope of this being resolved this year? Have been locked on Full Pull Tour since September 16, day of release. Have posted here my platform, mission and user but no further forward. Understand you’re updating the game with new seasons but when people can’t even access the store, any missions or way to up their RIP score, the game died. I really want to play this game, but the lack of urgency around the soft locking is disappointing. I hope there is some in game compensation for people who are still waiting

Second time posting, have been locked here since the game's release. Please help me I really still want to play and support the game!

This is my 3rd post about softlock. I've had this problem since day one. I've been patient until now, but I'm starting to get really discouraged with the game and I'm going to end up quitting at some point since I see that this is never going to be fixed.
