we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

any hope of this being resolved this year? Have been locked on Full Pull Tour since September 16, day of release. Have posted here my platform, mission and user but no further forward. Understand you’re updating the game with new seasons but when people can’t even access the store, any missions or way to up their RIP score, the game died. I really want to play this game, but the lack of urgency around the soft locking is disappointing. I hope there is some in game compensation for people who are still waiting

Second time posting, have been locked here since the game's release. Please help me I really still want to play and support the game!
This is my 3rd post about softlock. I've had this problem since day one. I've been patient until now, but I'm starting to get really discouraged with the game and I'm going to end up quitting at some point since I see that this is never going to be fixed.
Own the lot has been soft locking or just crashing with the error code “305594340”

Tour 2: bag of tricks - know the score

Says I need to complete; 'The next level'. But mission is nowhere on the map. Been like this around the release. Still isn't fixed.
Just rebooted the game and it's working again. It's still quite glitchy it seems.
I have no idea how, but somehow it's magically fixed it self. All i did was untrack the task, played free rome for a bit, did some challenges and turned it off. Next day, it was sorted. I even tried joining someone's party and they did a challenge and that didn't work. A skate update showed on-screen the next day for the 7 festival, no idea if that had anything to do with it.
UPDATE
Ok fast forward a few weeks. Season 2 has started. I've logged on, gone to the next task and it has recognised that I got there and crossed it out, but not started the mission. It's done the soft lock again, no idea if this will help you guys fix the problem. It must have been what happened last time. Playing on xbox currently but started on PC.

Step: After completing the mission it just resets my progress and tells me to complete it again.
