we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but my character cannot move from the spot it is in telling me to open the map and won't let me exit the map closing it and reopening it talking to me each time not working properly I have tried multiple times loading the game but that hasn't worked
Xbox, Tour 1: Skater Eyes, Open your eyes. Stuck at the end of the mission with all conditions complete. AlbinoRasta

I'm stuck on the Tour 1 skater eyes mission. I've done everything and there is nothing under the unlock conditions. This in turn causes me to not be able to see the skate pass locations and other content as well.
Pantalla Negra de Preparando.. y no carga mi perfil. No es problema de mi equipo ni configuracion. En la APP de EA entra con un pefil nuevo sin problemas. Es algo con el punto final de guardado.
Estaba en la torre M-Corp y hice un Wallride y desaparecio el personaje en la pared, luego fui al marcardor y era como invisible, luego el juego se bloqueo.
Reinicie y ya no carga mi perfil , he comprado los 2 pases de temporada y ahora mismo estoy decepcionado con el juego, el juego no es gratis, me esta costando dinero y tiempo, espero que a TODOS los que tenemos este problema nos compenses de algun modo, por que juro por Jesu Cristo que no pienso daros un pavo mas si no puedo recuperar el perfil.

What MIssion/Challenge: Softlocked in the tutorial where you go to the shop the second time, stuck on infinit loop where the map opens and closes and the dialog starts over. ive read other people that have the same problem.
Username: GurkoBmanSoftlocked since launch. Any updates? Any effort at all?
3 days later I'm still softlocked with no response, can I at least get a reply that says "We don't give a **bleep** <3" signed Electronic Sharts?
