we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

PLEASE HELP!
Been stuck on tour 2 bag of tricks :finer grind since launch date please can you help me?says i havent collected all of the trashbag where i have on multiple occasions. Glitch is really pulling my plonker as i have invested over 4 days of my time and spent some money on the game also. I do understand that this is an early acces game and there will be hiccups down the line, but please can you sort it for me???if this helps, the trashbags dissapear after i go through 3 maybe 4

Mission/step: Neighborhood level up.Step 1 (go to Xtravert and level up) it wants me to go to the one in Hedgemont and level it up to level 3 or 4 but im already level 6 in it. It will not let me progress
Tried Uninstalling and redownloading. Tried unselecting and reselecting mission and other things on forums
Softlocked since launch day. Posted about it way over a month ago here. Still not a word. Sad.

Mission: Spots and How to Own Themstill cant progress the missions, the fact that it is taking this long to fix the issue shows they arent really concerned, havent been able to progress the got locked after the first purple mission, and that was launch day, no way that it should not be fixed,

These guys don't give a **bleep** about us. I've been banned for two months without reason, but I can play with my second account just fine. Does that seem normal to you? Wake up, instead of ignoring struggling players. They even ban you from Discord if you ask for help more than once.

Anyone ever get unstuck where they were? I've been in the same mission for atleast 3 weeks now. At this point its just taking space up on my PS4.
