we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

Same been stuck on these for 2 weeks

I am stuck on the Crew Challenge mission on the Tri Towers. No matter how many time I do it, it still says 1/2 comleted. The names of the missions are “There and Back” and “Go with the Flow”.

I've been soft locked since realesed. Right after the server randomly shut down
I have been soft locked from the beginning and I wont lie it wasn't that bad but now im missing out on the Halloween rewards I have put 200 hours and 60 dollars on this game I really hope it wasn't all for nothing its a really great game but I dont like not being able to unlock and access content that should be available and im extra bummed because Halloween is my favorite holliday I cant unlock the the witches mask the zombie board or any seasonal mission content either and if I didnt have a roommate who owned the game and was playing as well I wouldn't have known I was missing out on content and props and tons of other things that I should have unlocked but dont and im stuck on the very first mission of the game please help

score 300 sequence score 2/2 which I completed and the seconds part says to
360 pop-shuvit and grind in one sequence
where I have done it multiple times in perfection and still hasn’t said I’ve completed it and I can’t move on because of this bug
