Softlock MEGA THREAD

we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges. 

the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info. 


please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:


Platform
What MIssion/Challenge? 
If Mission, what step in the Mission? 
Username you're playing with (Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA ID - no emails.  We'll assume it's the account you're posting with as well.)

    was among the first people to launch at launch time. For me, there were no bugs during the tutorial. I was able to travel to San Van. When I had to go to the shop, I first had a problem where it wouldn't appear even though I was in the circle. This resolved itself after a few minutes. But after opening my first crate, I couldn't do the first quest (Welcome Tower). It's locked with a padlock. I can't launch it. I can't even access the shop anymore; I can't see the purple circle at the beginning.

    Im stucked here... i have lvl 5.. how do i fix this.. i buy some boxes in shop atc.. restart game.. reinstall..

    If Mission, what step in the Mission? 2/7 - The rest of the mission don't show/dont come to me, i can't finish it

    Step "Bust out the Bag" is locked behind "Shingo's Secret Scoring Tips", which is not showing up anywhere, despite multiple restarts.
