we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.

I'm playing on PC via ea Launcher and am stuck here (Tour 1: Skater Eyes "Ripping for Rewards" Step 1). My Gamertag is NauticHymn
and I would really like to play the next Mission with Izzy since I am voicing her in german. Unfortunately i cannot show friends my work so far as I am stuck in this previous mission.
Reloading, untrack and track the mission again and even then leveling up once more didn't help so far. Since I'm a bit into the game I don't want to erase all my progress to start anew.

Stuck on Finer Grind Mission. Mission was completed but the game doesn’t show the next mission and still prompts me to finish Finer Grind. However I can’t select Finer Grind at all because it was completed and no longer appears on the menu.

Mission: Tour mission 1 (Skater Eyes)
Mission step 1 of 5: "Go to extra vert to level up". I did this step WEEKS ago, and yet I have not been prompted to do anything beyond this step (even though the step marker as completed). I haven't been able to progress and/or receive the unlockable rewards, despite playing the game for nearly 2 months now! It feels as if I'm playing to no end.

MIssion/Challenge: Single Bridge Gap
If Mission, what step in the Mission? Softlocked at the replay screen. I finished all the goals, then the replay played through as usual but afterwards the replay HUD never went away and it never gave me the option to press A and progress to the next screen. When I restarted the game, it did successfully mark the mission as completed so I didn't need to do it again, I just couldn't exit the first time.

Everytime i log in or complete a challenge i get the same dialogue from izzy as if ive completed the step but am unable to progress to the next step
Also unable to play the new skateoween content.

Still the same issue with the first "own the spot" challenge, but now it looks a bit different. Now the second objective (get to the balcony) is checked but remains and i'm not able to own the spot. (Do the final step 3) Can't level up because of that. I'm out for now..
