we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

Once again asking to be manually unsoftlocked. Since day of release.

Stuck on “Without the Footy, it’s Fiction” despite having the Stean achievement.
Ea YetifrmdaO linked to PS4 stuck on “full pull tour spots and how to own them” causing me to not even have tasks or other challenges related to tix and chocolate coin aswell as not receiving any free in game items that have been given out been a problem since launch
If you tap the left direction button (Social & Spectate Menu) and exit while loading a Spectate camera, there is a chance that it will visually remove all player characters (and moving vehicles for some reason) from your game.
Attempting to start a mission while your game is like this will fail and keep you from entering menus; forcing you to restart.
