we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

"Side tour: Spectaporter" and "Tour 2: Bag of Tricks: Manual Labor" both say I need to Complete "Finer Grind". I have either completed Finer Grind and it's not counted, or I was never given this mission. There is no Finer Grind mission to complete. I'm Playing on PS5. I am stuck on Tour 1: Skater Eyes "Ripping for Rewards" Step 1. I have already gone to the store and leveled up, however it is now showing as completed and crossed through, but will not let me move on to the next step "stunting 101" as it is still locked.
I have leveled up again, restarted the game, uninstalled and reinstalled, etc. Nothing is working.

I'm stuck on the Manual Matchmaker Mission, In the Tour 3: Express Yourself Step 7/8 , Shingo keeps repeating himself EVERY SINGLE time I complete the Own The Spot Challenge and every other random challenge on the map

What MIssion/Challenge? Pretty Cool Pool
If Mission, what step in the Mission? The initial step after cut scene. The requirements to complete do not appear on screen.It just shows the title Pretty Cool Pool. So it doesnt track what I do. Everytime I launch the game for the first time or I complete a challenge it automatically kicks back in to the cut scene over and over again.
