we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

Same bro. Ive completed both challenges and the objective has been crossed out but it says 0/2. Then every time i load in i have to listen to izzy tell me that ive completed it but still cant progress :(
I've been banned for 2 months for no reason and no one helps me, not even support, I've sent a lot of tickets but they keep closing it saying it's solved and they also say that my account is clean and hasn't been penalized, meanwhile I haven't been able to play a game for 2 months.

Hi, softlocked on steam version. Stuck on the third tour, at the task to do tricks off of quick drop items. progressed to 22/25 then stopped. Progression is also stuck on the neighborhoods, Market Mile and Gullcrest are stuck at level 1 despite many challenges completed in the areas. EA ID is yungman420

It's been around 2 months and I am still stuck. Here is a screenshot of the mission im stuck on. I had finished the first mission, and then when I finished the second one it softlocked on 1 / 2.

I am softlocked on the mission tour 2: bag of tricks. Step 2/6 mission “manual marathon”
soon as I hit the distance of 100 the number will reset after a few seconds. Every other mission I attempt, it sends me back to the same “manual marathon” mission. What’s strange is this worked fine in the play test for me? I have tried multiple resets of the game, playing with friends, nothing fixes this and I am completely stuck without being able to process or untrack this mission.
