we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

What MIssion/Challenge?: Tour 3: Express Yourself (The Gift of Grab) Step 5/8
If Mission, what step in the Mission? : Mission, I am asked to do a Modified Grab, One-Foot Grab and a No-Foot Grab. After doing all I get the reply scene when you complete a mission but nothing happened after that. No matter how many times I do the mission, it doesn't complete it.
Username (Gamertag): ULTRA Mk3PlayStation5. Softlocked on the Spectraporter quest. Finished everything in the mission, but everything remains locked and it tells me to complete the mission anyway. My PSN tag is Player_Odd.

Issue: Co-op party play. One player gets pulled in upon loading in, the other player gets left behind and soft-locked. If the player that's left behind is the party leader, both party members must force close their game since the mission can't be exited. This happens for multiple missions at random.EA Play on PC

Finer Grind has completed, but further missions do not recognize it as completed. It no longer appears in the mission list or on the map. It has been this way for a month

Line is not being counted to the finish, and I've tried every possible combination of tricks and setups to make this work, but the line is broken at the ManualBeen stuck at this mission since I started a few weeks ago. Just unlocked Market Mile and still stuck at this mission.
