we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

Platform: PC
Mission/Challenge: I completed all seasonal tasks, but when I click "CLAIM" nothing happens, and the tasks tab always shows the yellow dot. I've clicked claim many times, and this was happening last week before the update and today after the update.

Tour 1: Skater Eyes
Can't start the mission because it says to complete "Stop, Quick Drop, and Roll" but I don't have it in the missions list and don't have a waypoint or anything.

Impossible to claim the season 1 challenges reward for 2 weeks in a row. Finished them all, i can claim again and again everytime i access the task page but nothing happen.
Same bro. Softlocked on tour 1 for 3 weeks now. Tour 1 step 3/7. Made like 20 posts on the thread and still no fix for my game. They said they were individually helping each case but I've not seen anyone say there account is fixed. Frustrating not being able to get the platinum as a completionist myself. I still have hope but its dying seeing no one being helped to be able to progress
It has been almost 2 months since the launch of this game and probably about 1.5 months since my original comment but there has not been a fix. You have launch a FULL season 1 battle pass, Halloween challenges, more microtransactions but no fix for players who are soft locked on there missions. I have completed every challenge this game has to offer, i have ALL of the areas level 10 but no fix to allow me to just do the **bleep** missions for the trophies on PlayStation. PLEASE just fix you broken mess of a game. I almost have the 11000 rip score but i cant get the platinum until i can do the missions. I am soft locked on the mission tour 1: skater eyes and the unlock condition is stop quick drop and roll. PLEASE fix this.
Tons of the same comments, but I have the same issue, on X Box. Does not progress Mission 1 Skater Eyes past step 3/7. Completed both in single mode and did a party session with a friend, he got to progress, but I didn't. He was on PC.
I tried by logging on PC too, thinking that it was the X Box, but even after I redid the missions, no update.

I completed the mentioned mission more than once but I can't continue the story, the marker remain there and it says "step 8/9"
I am stuck on Pretty cool Pool. The cut scene starts and the header appears. However it doesn't record anything and doesn't show the requirements to complete the mission. Every time I complete a challenge I go into a loop of the cut scene for Pretty Cool Pool starting again but its always the same. It doesn't record or show the requirements. I found the requirements online however without it recording there is no way to pass the mission.
