we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

I've been stuck on this for 3 months and its very irritating that im still soft locked on it. It like yall just want money but won't listen to anyone. I've posted about it like 3 or 4 times and at this point im not enjoying the game

I completed the 120 seasonal challenges task, which was my final task for the season. Just to make sure, I have completed all seasonal challenges released so far, even all co-op challenges. I cannot claim the reward for finishing all seasonal tasks. It will grey out and as soon as I am back in the menu, it will ask me to claim again. I enjoy this game and would like to get the rewards I deserve for doing these tasks. Thank you!

Nice to see we are all still hard at work ignoring everyone in here.
Almost 2 months now stuck at this. Can i get manually unsoftlocked please Braddock512 or is that just a lie in the posts you keep making? 100s of us in here have been posting the same softlocks for almost 2 months straight and still nothing is changed. Why even waste time saying in your posts to post the issues in here to be done manually when you clearly arent doing it?
