we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

I am unable to start Tour 2: Bag of Tricks, and i am unable to access Gullcrest Village, because they both say I'm missing all 70 Challenge goals, even tho when i hover on Market Nile it says I already have 111 Challange goals finished.
Also not getting any steam achievementsin this mission, i cant interact with this spot and i spent one hour trying to enter this mission, really annoying. my user id is ''crashbarman'', hope you can help me! PC
