we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

I've been stuck on this mission since launch and it seems nothing has been fixed. I got to play early release but my friends who haven't don't seem to have a problem. All the information you need should be in the photo. My username is ActivePhreak on xbox.
I got softlocked for my skateoween challenges. And didn’t get my witch frock because of it. I did all challenges week 1,2,3 but my week 1 challenge for completing goals in the new lines witches brew etc. crashed as completed final one causing me to soft lock, super wack.

I'm stuck on "Open Your Eyes." I've completed 3/7, and am stuck on the step of doing both crew challenges on Tri-Towers. I have 1/2 done and no matter how many times I do the missions, it stays at 1/2. I tried doing coop with a friend and it kept crashing and not allowing them to participate at all with me.
I tried everything to make this mission get to work but im still softlocked
