we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.

Help :/ please and thank youSoft locked on the very first challenge “Go to Extravert to level up” it’s greyed out and not progressing. Also can’t do any of the Halloween missions because they don’t show up on the map to do them in the first place so I’m unable to complete the Skate-O-Ween event.

We have reset internet, reset the console, reinstalled the game, leveled up again (which doesn't trigger any level up screens), and tried with multiplayer off, etc. None of these worked and my friend is stuck on this mission and has been for a month straight 🤙cant complete tour 1 skater eye to unlock the rest of the mission i played inside playtest if you can just give me my stuff from playtest so i can be more progress than what i am rn on pc name is RobloxGamerBoi on ea
how do i fix transition skating 101 i completed it but im stuck right there nothing else happen saying i need to complete transition skating 101 to unlock rest of mission

- It is Step 1: Visit Extravert Shop that I can not move past. Its crossed out as complete but Vee doesnt continue her dialogue to open the map for the next step. As seen in guides from YouTube.

Would love to move past this mission and play they game more but its hard when its soft stuck. I can progress and unlock new neighborhoods. I'm level 5 in Hedgemont and still cant move past the 3rd mission lol. Appreciate your patience and time!

Been stuck on this for weeks. Says to head to El-One Courts but even when I’m there, 0m away from the marker, it will not trigger. Have tried all the work arounds restarting/reinstalling the game, untracking/tracking, teleporting to another player, leaving the area for a while, doing other side-missions and nothing works
