we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

Missions not available after the Trash collection Mission. Says I need to complete "Finer Grind".

Collect trash step is stuck at 14/17 and wont progress or load the trash to collect, my game disconnected from the server and the mission has been stuck ever since. Can somebody get in my account to fix this please? Been stuck since September.
The trash I need to collect disappears and is stuck at 14/17 any help would be greatly appreciated! Been like this since Septemberi have the exact problem too since day 1

After doing seasonal challenges (ones with tix as rewards) in a coop game as party leader keeps me stuck on a VEE voiceline screen with no way to exit other than restarting the game

I'm still softlocked on the Tour 2: Bag of Tricks, Shingo's mission after three months. Has anyone found a fix for this, or have the devs made any announcements whatsoever? It's crazy to me that this is still bugged despite numerous updates over the last few months, particularly since the devs are clearly aware of this bug. Any help would be appreciated! Or I can just shelve the game away for another three months and maybe try again then. Thanks.
