we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

I’m having an issue in the tutorial where it won’t let me set a waypoint point. This is completely soft locking me from doing anything in the entire game I’ve tried everything to no prevail. Please fix this ASAP as I’m super excited to get playing the game. My psn is Tegs115
I've completed all challenges on the map but I cannot go on tour 2 because it says I am 0/70
I’m stuck on Tour 1: skater eyes (step 4/7)
I’m supposed to head to the next spot in tri-towers and see the circle to interact with. It doesn’t let me interact.

the tutorial part where you have to place a “session marker” by holding the up d-pad it stays stuck and will not work at all. no matter if you close your game or restart your console it will not work needs fix asap.
