Stuck in a tutorial voice tip loop. Cannot play the game or exit the tip

I am currently stuck in an endless loop that is preventing me from playing the game.  I have tried to restart, uninstall, and exit the tutorial tip multiple times and nothing works.  Launching the ga...

    I have not found a solution yet unfortunately, but it is good to know i'm not the only one having this problem.  Hopefully they can roll out an update or something that fixes it because the game is unplayable with this bug :(

      Sadly from what I see on Reddit it has been happening for 200+ days.. EA will neglect like they do everything else

      Turn subtitles on in the main menu after restarting the game
