Stuck in a tutorial voice tip loop. Cannot play the game or exit the tip

EA staff gave me a solution that worked for me, and I hope it works for you all as well.

You have to launch the game and wait until you reach the title screen (you’ll get there automatically, you don’t have to press anything). When the option to enter the accessibility settings appears, go into it and enable subtitles. That’s all.
