Map tutorial / Voice over loop [Workaround]

I have just started playing skate. and the game has been good so far however I have just reached the main city and in the so called ‘tutorial’ I was told about the map and levelling up and I am stuck in the cutscene. I have done everything, re-install the game etc. I think this is the way to contact you and I may be able to send a video of the glitch. If you can make it so that I can play the game again that would be nice. (Please note I am new to PS5 and I may just not understand the game but I don’t think this is the case. Please get me back online. 

im stuck on the opening map dialogue i cant skip it keeps going on and on im on PC and my username is 10mm or lopezz76

So I'm playing the Skate then I land on one of the purple area to complete the tutorial, then all of a sudden my game is glitched on the lady talking and the map keeps opening and closing and I can't move or nothing from this endless glitch. Ive restarted my game thousands of times, I've restored the license, I data rebuilt the ps5 then I un-installed and reinstalled it twice, i even deleted the data to the game to hopefully factory reset the acc because atp i didn't really care i haven't made much progress anyways and ilm still stuck on same exactly glitch, I gave the game a day to like hopefully somehow fix itself, I even checked if the game had updates and it didn't neither does my ps5. So I don't know what to do if someone can help.

Video shows enough, can't do tricks without being disturbed and it makes missions boring and unplayable

I was wondering if anyone can help me, I’ve just started playing skate and got up to where the introduction of the map is happening. Issue is that when I either hit skip or let it play to introduce the map, it glitches and goes back in a loop and I cannot use the map. I’ve tried by deleted and reinstalling the game and cannot get past the loop. Thanks :) 

its just not even working i restarted the game 5 times and restarted my pc and nothing worked its really weird

Turn subtitles on in the main menu after restarting the game 

Was playing thru tutorial and now I am unable to progress
