Stuck on “Tour 1: Ripping For Rewards - step 1/5”

I will be attaching a screenshot to this.

My Husband can’t seem to get past this, we’ve uninstalled, cleared cache, and alternated his MAC address and it still is stuck to where he is unable to progress. 
Is anyone else also stuck here? Is there any way to fix this? 
He’s at work until 3am, I’m trying to get this up and running for when he gets home. He was really excited to play together but this has been pretty frustrating for him.
