I was able to play the game just fine a couple of hours ago but after a softlock I've only been able to enter the start screen, then the loading icon goes and goes and goes and goes... after a few mi...

EA QV TeamHi folks! We're actively investigating this issue, and I appreciate your patience while we work to get you in the game. In the meantime, could you try the following:
- Join a party or have a friend invite you to a party and accept the invite
- Have the party leader start a co-op challenge
- The start of the challenge should force you to spawn into the challenge instance
I tried these methods and they didn’t work. The challenge does start and says 0/2 players but the screen is still black and unable to do any tricks or anything for the affected player. The host cannot see the affected player. Is there any way you could reset our spawn points?
I tried this, it didn’t work, I was able to barely see 2/4 on party when he sent the coop challenge. Funny thing is he teleported to where I was and he went under the map and started glitching but he was able to get out by teleporting to a random player. This is kinda annoying specially for people like me who has spent money on the game.
No that doesn't work. It is different to original out of bounds soft lock and players shouldn't be required to rig some dodgy solution to a simply broken game
Can't you try and do something? Like reset the position of every player once a day so they aren't stuck under a map? It's been 3 days now
Just tried the work around with my buddy, did not work unfortunately. Really hope you guys can push a fix soon, I really like this game :(
