Stuck on black screen with game mouse pointer

EA_Kipling​  I tried this method to no avail.

I was able to join my alt accounts lobby and mission but it was just a consistent black screen for the affected account.

I completed the alts tasks on the mission and tried to input commands to my black screened account but nothing would register so the mission had to be manually ended.

I couldn't see my black screened accounts character model in game or in the mission result screen.

But I could see the prompts to join a party and that missions were starting on the black screened account 

I tried these methods and they didn’t work. The challenge does start and says 0/2 players but the screen is still black and unable to do any tricks or anything for the affected player. The host cannot see the affected player. Is there any way you could reset our spawn points? 

I tried this, it didn’t work, I was able to barely see 2/4 on party when he sent the coop challenge. Funny thing is he teleported to where I was and he went under the map and started glitching but he was able to get out by teleporting to a random player. This is kinda annoying specially for people like me who has spent money on the game. 

No that doesn't work. It is different to original out of bounds soft lock and players shouldn't be required to rig some dodgy solution to a simply broken game

Can't you try and do something? Like reset the position of every player once a day so they aren't stuck under a map? It's been 3 days now 

i actually tried this last night on my brothers ps5 didnt work saw the invite though and accepted to no avail even tried inputting commands to where they’d usually be tried right clicking a fast travel for like 20 minutes shooting in the dark basically even tried teleporting to another player pressing map then left bumper and x and x didnt work its been like this since wednesday for me missing out on tix to get those knock off d3s only thing i want in the pass please dont say i gotta wait till the 15th
