My account is also soft locked. (EA account associated with this post. PSN Mailman_Society)
Black screen after “X to Start” menu and extended loading time. In game party invites come through. Compass is slightly visible. No input feedback.
All local hardware troubleshoots are to no avail. Secondary PSN account has no trouble playing.
Daily player, with full game price spent on this game at this point. Help a gamer out!
