literally just got this on ps5, dropped out of wall hang and my character went invisible now I get infinite loading when opening the game, or it loads into the server and I can't make any inputs. just a blackscreen

Community ManagerHi wamiejeir, while this is still under investigation, there is a potential workaround that has helped some PC players. Due to the game having cross-platform progression, getting unstuck on a PC should transfer over to the game on PS5 after saving!
If you have access to a PC, this is what you can try:
- On the PC, start the EA app & log into the same EA ID that you use for your console.
- In the EA app, install skate.
- Head to the game folder (usually C:\Program Files\EA Games\Skate) & execute this application: EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher
- Start the game on the PC.
- If that worked, and your game saved, you can check on the PS5 next.
I'm attaching a screenshot of what the launcher looks like in the game folder.
Please let me know the result if you had a chance to try this.
I am not wamiejeir but I did try this fix and it didn't seem to work. I know that the skate. team is investigating this but I thought with the upcoming patch they said they'd fix this problem? I've paid for the skatepass and now it feels like I'm going to be cheated out of a lot of progress because of this bug. Will people affected by this be compensated?
