Also having exact same issue on my ps4. Been quite a while now, maybe a week of this loading black screen that doesnt end.
We need this fixed immediately. Very frustrating and disappointing knowing how huge this company is.
They have unfortunately said this wont be resolved until Monday, but judging by the community manager there saying its still under investigation as of today it doesn't bode well for them actually fixing it by Monday.
