Stuck on settings right after Title Screen.

I’ve only just gotten the game. Loaded it up and immediately after showing Skate. It’s gone into a settings screen. Language, Audio, Controls, etc. and there’s no way to go past it. There’s Apply and Reset to Default and that’s all I have as options. Nothing and no button is working. I was SO excited to get this game as I loved skate as a kid. Had it wish listed on PC so I can see when it was released for platforms. And now on ps5 it just won’t let me past this random settings screen.
