Textures not loading in.

Very often when I get to an area or boot up the game in general the textures aren’t loading in correctly. There have been frequent instances where the street texture is completely blacked out. Sometimes even ledges and banks are distorted and “un-skateable” because you can’t see it properly. In addition, it’s not only this issue. Constant lagging, freezing, and crashes daily.
